Are you struggling with juggling multiple plates?

Are you juggling multiple plates? Do you have lists as long as your arm, or lists of your lists? Does trying to manage and remember it all feel like your brain’s going to explode?

Enter Trello.

Trello is a great, free, tool for helping you manage your multiple spinning plates. It’s pretty intuitive to use and has loads of features to help you collaborate and organise your work efficiently.

Trello is made up of “cards” and “lists”. A card is like a virtual post-it note. You can add dates, comments, checklists, attachments and more to your cards. These cards live in lists, which are the columns across the board. You click and drag your cards across the lists as you work on them.

There’s no limit to how many cards or lists you can have on a board – and there’s also a whole host of addons to help you manage Trello even better as well! We’ll write more about this later.

It’s got a mobile app too; great for when you remember you’ve forgotten to follow something up and you’re in the middle of your weekly shop. Just pop it on your board and come back to it when you’re back at work.

There may be tools out there which others feel are better than Trello – but we love it for managing our projects, and we couldn’t work without it.

If you’re not sure how to get started with Trello, check out Trello’s own video on YouTube and visit them at Trello.
